Canterbury to Jerusalem

7000 kms - 16 countries - 9 months


In May 2007 I set out from Canterbury, in England, to walk to Jerusalem.


On my journey I met so many kind and generous people. I want to share this with the world and show that regardless of nationality, religion, social standing, or anything else, people are people and I get treated with respect and greeted openly everywhere I travel.

This was my motivation for carrying a camera in my backpack and making a documentary of this adventure. Pilgrimages are once again becoming a popular form of travel and I love the opportunity of being able to promote this. After the overwhelming support I received for my blog, I know that a documentary of my journey will be well received.
